What is Tourplicity’s Cancellation Policy?
Our Cancellation Policies is listed in our Terms and Conditions page under section 4.  In most cases and for all tours and services that are less than one day in duration, we have a very liberal 48-hour cancellation policy. Simply click on this link, Terms and Conditions, and read section 4. If you already have made a reservation, the cancellation policy will appear at the bottom of your E-ticket.

 
Can I speak to someone over the phone?
Tourplicity is a comprehensive real-time reservation service and we offer seven days / week customer care via email to support you. We will respond to each inquiry within one business day. To make a reservation by telephone, our customer care center is open 7 days a week: 10AM to 5PM USA Eastern Standard Time. USA & Canada toll-free (888) 354-6186. Please note that our customer care center hours are subject to change.

 
Does the tour provide for hotel pickup?
If a tour or activity offers hotel pickups, you can find this information on the “Details Page” on our website.  Specific pickup times will vary depending on the hotel and will either be advised at the time of confirmation or you'll be instructed (on your e-ticket) to call the tour company’s local telephone number 24 hours prior to confirm your hotel pick up details. All essential contact information for your tour company will be detailed on your e-ticket.

  
What days does this tour operate?
On the “Tour Details” page of our website you will see an area called “Starting Time(s)”.  There you will find all relevant information about when and on what days the tour or activity operates.  Additionally, when you check availability for the tour or activity, our system will indicate if that particular tour or activity is available on your requested date.

 
Do you pick up from private residences?
Typically, tour operators limit their pickups to hotels or resorts. During the checkout process, indicate the nearest hotel to the private residence to where you will be staying.  You can always contact the tour company for guidance once you have made your reservation and received your e-ticket.

 
Where is the meeting point for my tour?
The general meeting point for a specific tour or activity will appear on the search results listing or on the “Details Page” under the  “Departs” section. This is only specific to a particular town or city. Exact meeting points will be displayed on your e-ticket along with a map to the meeting point location. 

 
Can I wait until I am at me destination to book?
Tours and activities can be booked online or by phone, anytime; however, it is suggested that you pre-reserve your travel service to avoid frustration as many of the Tourplicity tours and products are popular, and often sell out.
 
 
Can you send me a brochure?
Tourplicity’s tour & activity material is electronic and is only displayed on the Internet. You ought to find all the details you need about the travel service of interest on our tour & activity detail pages. If there is anything additional you need to know but can not find it on the details, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 
How do I get a price quote?
You can obtain a price quote for any of our tours or activities, online, day or night. Simple click the “Check Availability” tab, enter the dates you wish to travel, the number of people in your party, and you will instantaneously receive a price. If you are happy with the price, simply proceed through our easy checkout process to book.  All online pricing is current and up to date.


How far in advance can I book?
Tours & activities offered by Tourplicity have calendars on the product’s “Details Page”, which specify availability. If the date you are looking for is currently unavailable, please bookmark the tour & activity details page, as we are constantly updating our inventory

 
Do tour companies pickup from airports?
Most tour companies do not offer airport pickups; however, if a tour does offer airport pickups, this information will be listed on the tour details page under “additional information”. If there is no information listed, the tour does not pick up from the airport. We suggest looking at area hotels that offer complimentary shuttle service from the airport if you do not plan on renting a car.

 
What hotels are close to the tours meeting point?
If you need information about services outside the scope of what we do at Tourplicity (such as accommodation information near the meeting point for a tour), we suggest that you consult a travel agent, or search for hotels online. Tourism bureaus typically have a website that list local hotel information.


Why have I not received any response emails?
Certain email accounts / providers are set up to be very sensitive to incoming “spam” emails. Typically, the emails that you are looking for from Tourplicity will be in your “Spam” folder. Additionally, if you have your spam filter adjusted to the highest sensitivity, only emails from those in your address box will go into your inbox.  Any other emails get sent to a "spam" folder.


When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
A confirmation is sent out instantaneously once you have booked your tour or activity through Tourplicity’s checkout process; however, in some cases, you will receive a second email from us with in 24 hours with a link to your e-ticket that you will need to have with you on the day of your tour. If any email correspondence is not received within 48 hours, please contact Tourplicity Customer Care for assistance.

 
I keep getting a credit card error when booking, what do I do?
The Tourplicity reservation procedure is totally automated and all credit card transactions are 100% secure. If your credit card is producing a error, please confirm that your card has not expired. You may also want to contact the card issuer to confirm your monthly expenditure limit has not been surpassed. Otherwise, try using a different credit card. Do I need Travel Insurance?
Tourplicity currently does not offer Travel Insurance. Our 48-hour cancellation policy for all day tours is pretty liberal; nonetheless, we encourage you to consult with a travel agent regarding travel insurance options that are available to you. We strongly encourage you to obtain Travel Insurance.


Can I book this when I get there?
Tourplicity tours & activities can be booked online or by calling our Customer Care Center. We encourage you pre reserve your tour or activity to avoid frustrations, since Tourplicity products are popular, and often sell out.

I do not have a credit card, how do I book?
Tourplicity is a comprehensive online tour and activity travel agency and uses a PCI compliant and encrypted server system for online bookings; consequently, we only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card.


How do I book online?
Tourplicity has made online booking extremely easy. Follow this link, How It Works, to a page that describes the process; additionally, there is a video on this page that explains in detail the process.


Is it safe to use my credit card?
All activity on our websites that requires the input of personal information occurs through our Secure Server. We use encryption to secure information sent from your computer to our servers. In addtition, credit card numbers and other related information is encrypted on third part PCI (payment card industry) compliant servers.


Can I book more than one tour?
You can book as many tours as you like; however, to keep the process simple, Tourplicity does not use the standard “shopping cart.” That being said, each transaction is considered a unique event, and will have to enter your personal information each time you make a new booking.
