Terms & Conditions

By utilizing the services of Tourplicity.com or any Tourplicity-affiliated website, you are legally bound by these following terms. If you do not wish or agree to be legally bound by all the following Terms & Conditions, please do not utilize our services.

1. Prices & Changes
While Tourplicity makes every attempt to keep pricing current, price quotes are subject to change. If for any reason the price quoted is not correct, a Tourplicity.com travel agent will contact you with details.  On occasion, our supplier partners make changes to various variables related to there offering; Consequently, Tourplicity reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or offer alternatives to any service, tour, ticket, activity, or product that you have purchased through the Tourplicity.com or through Tourplicity-affiliated website(s), for any reason. In such instances, if you are unhappy with the changes offered, you are eligible to a full refund.

2. Payment
All tours, activities, tickets and experiences are paid at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover cards. Payment will appear on your statement as "Tourplicity”. You will be charged in United States Dollars at current conversion rates on the date of your booking.

3. E-ticket Issuance
After payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your order summary and confirmation number.  Shortly thereafter (typically with in 24 hours), an e-ticket will be sent to you by e-mail: this e-ticket has to be printed or stored for display on your mobile device to be presented to the service provider. All personal information regarding the travelers should be entered at the time of booking. All requests for modifications/amendments can be done from the Tourplicity.com website. Tourplicity will not be held responsible for any issues that may occur if you don't receive or review your confirmation / e-ticket. In case you have not received your e-ticket, you must notify Tourplicity at least 72 hours prior to the date of service.

4. Cancellation Policy
Except otherwise stated, tour or any product cancelled without due notice are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale :

4.1.  Short Tours/Attractions/products (durations of less than one day):

Cancellation made outside of 48-hours will be refunded 100%  
Cancellation within 48-hours before the services begin: You will be charged a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

4.2. Custom Tours & Hotel Packages:

Cancellation policy will vary depending on the unique circumstances of the arrangements and will be disclosed prior to booking.

4.3. How to modify or cancel a reservation:

Visit Tourplicity.com and find the area on the bottom of every page to enter your last name and conformation number. From there, follow the easy step process to request changes or cancellation.  You can always call our service desk to speak with an agent.  Remember, you have 48-hours before any tour or event to make changes or cancel.

4.4. Special Circumstances
It is not possible to change, cancel or modify a special event, theater or show ticket. All sales of these products are final.

5. Limited Liability

The liability of Tourplicity LLC and its affiliate web sites is limited. Tourplicity acts only as agent for the travellers in all tasks pertaining to tours, services, activities, rentals, attractions, and accommodations, restaurants, meals and tour and travel related experiences of any nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, or incident which may ensue either by dysfunction, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond Tourplicity’s control. Tourplicity will accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. Tourplicity and its supplier partners reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour or activity.

6. Health & Personal Travel Credentials
Each traveller will be held accountable that they have the proper credentials for his trip, including but not limited to a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. Additionally, some activities require certain levels of health and ability. No refund will be granted in case of fitness levels or lack or loss of ID documents.

7. Transaction Fee
Tourplicity assesses a $3.99/transaction fee.  This fee funds three important functions at Tourplicity. (A) It provides extra funds to keep our customer service representatives in the USA, (B) it contributes to a cancellation kitty which allows us to honor our 48-hour cancellation policy even when our supplier partners might not be as liberal and (C) a portion of the transaction fee goes to an annual charity of our choosing.

8. Contributed Material / Content
All past customers and guests of Tourplicity can contribute to our websites in various ways, such as writing reviews and uploading videos. We may utilize your material in several ways, including displaying it on our websites, editing it, featuring it on advertisements, through distribution and promotions. As such, you hereby forever give Tourplicity authorization to use your material for any purpose. You also permanently give Tourplicity's users the right to access your material contributions to our website(s)

You, as a contributor, are solely responsible for your Content. You accept all risks connected with your Content. You may create exposure to liability if, for example, your material violates any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; contains content that is untruthful, deliberately deceiving, or slanderous; contains material that is criminal, including illicit hate speech or pornography; abuses or otherwise harms minors; or breaches or supports the violation of any law.
