    Grand Canyon Tours From Phoenix

This journey from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon promises to be one unforgettable day. Take in the sights of the Sonoran Desert as you weave your way toward a brief stop at Sedona. This mystical city is known for its impressive red rock cliffs and formations, so you’ll want to make sure your camera’s ready. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a 17-mile drive through Oak Creek Canyon, which looks much a miniature version of the Grand Canyon and is rated as one of America's top 10 scenic drives by Rand McNally.

Next, you’ll pass through the San Francisco Mountains, which are ancient volcanoes, along Route 66, and arrive at the Grand Canyon by approximately noon. There, you’ll enjoy a lunch break and, of course, take in the awesome sights! The Grand Canyon’s magnitude is simply indescribable; once you’re there, you’ll understand why.

Guests will enjoy more than three hours within the National Park marveling at the beauty that is the Grand Canyon. While at the South Rim of the National Park, you will have opportunities to walk the rim, shop, capture an unlimited amount of photographs, or enjoy your lunch and relax with the best seat in the house. During our time in the National Park we will also explore the infamous 30-mile section of road that winds east along the rim of the canyon, showcasing the best rim views and history along the way.

Before returning to Phoenix from the Grand Canyon, you will be treated to distant views of the Painted Desert as well as close up views of the Little Colorado River Gorge and the Navajo Nation. The Painted Desert is the perfect backdrop for our stop in the Navajo Nation at a prominent trading post. You will be able to get a glimpse into the past, view the highest quality authentic Navajo artwork and craft work, as well as a gift shop to bring back souvenirs for friends and family.
